Reasons to do the Knuckle roll:

· To ease Head Neck and Shoulder tension

· To relieve headaches

· To see better

From a sitting position, rest your elbow on a table.

Starting at the occipital ridge (bone at back of skull)

you roll your knuckles from the center of your head towards your ear

one knuckle at a time

done firmly to the point  of “that hurts so good”

pressing to the point of “that hurts so good” so the muscles running from your eyebrow to the neck get the message to release.

go up an inch or less and do the same thing until you have covered our head from the base of the skull to the eyebrows.

Do this three times on each side of your head.

You will need to turn your hand when you get half way up
